OneLogin being replaced by direct login to support (Zendesk) on June 16th

Provenir will be decommissioning OneLogin as the source to logging into ticketing system “Zendesk”. Starting June 16th, You will be accessing our ticketing service by navigating to


Prior to June 16th, Please set your Zendesk password by following the steps below:


  1. Navigate to
  2. Enter your email and press submit
  3. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password. Click the link:
  4. This link will redirect you to a site that will ask to enter your new password. Please follow the password requirements and press submit.
  5. You are now logged into Zendesk!
